"Very disappointing service"

About: Penn Manor Medical Practice

Requested appointment for my daughter who was displaying signs of chest infection and very unwell. advised we needed to attend walk in centre. After pleading for an appointment was told that GP was back to back with telephone appointments. Had to wait for over 2 hours with an extremely ill daughter who could barely keep her eyes open or stand up, to have chest infection confirmed. Have not been able to get an appointment with a GP for such a long time. Very unacceptable.
