"Best Practice"

I am most impressed with all the doctors I have seen in the practice. Recently I had bad backache and a Doctor phone me and went out of his way to prescribe the medication for treatment. He researched my symptoms and phoned me back after revising his first prescription. It is now the following day, and after taking the medicines, my back is feeling much better. I found his attitude was sympathetic, caring and concerned. I feel he went above and beyond in his consultation although it compares favourably with all the consultations I have had with various doctors in Lilliput Surgery. I find the Surgery is easily contactable by email either to arrange an appointment or if necessary for a Doctor to phone me. Lilliput in name but large by my esteem!
