"I was dealt with promptly and efficiently"

I had radiotherapy in 2020 and again in February of this year. The radiotherapy machine this time was totally different and less intimidating than the last time. The appointments were on time and I was dealt with promptly and efficiently by the very pleasant staff. I did wonder if sending new patients a photo of the treatment machines before they get there might help, instead of walking into the room for the first time not knowing what to expect.
