The Reception Administrator Team were amazing!

We were held up on our journey and called ahead to ask if we could still keep the MRI appointment if only a few minutes late

Both staff on the desk were helpful, kind and informative throughout; even meeting us at the door, and calling to assist us get to the right entrance - first class service!

Furthermore the hospital staff were excellent during the process of the MRI - they all exceeded expectations
