"Caring, Kind and Quick"

Really impressed with my experience of UTC and A&E minors and x-ray, thank you. Right from the receptionist who booked me in, the many staff members and roles I came into contact with treated me with kindness, care and good humour, and in a very short time I had been assessed, x-rayed, given effective pain-relief, had manipulation of fracture, plaster cast, re-x-rayed (chauffeured in wheelchair to and from x-ray by staff), shown x-rays, given sling and sent home.
