"I feel thoroughly let down"

About: Millbrook Surgery, Castle Cary

(as the patient),

I feel thoroughly let down by Millbrook Surgery. I was advised by the GP to check for blood test results by using the NHS app, once the results have been posted to call them to book a follow-up appointment. The app has not been updated and the member of staff on reception has provided incorrect info over the phone and will not allow for a follow-up appointment to be booked in and it has taken over 3 days to get a sick note. I am stressed and upset and frustrated with the lack or urgency or care shown.
