"I felt very at ease and the ladies were fantastic so thank you"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had to go to united Lincolnshire hospital, for a check on my womb, had a lovely lady called Stephanie ask me questions,  explain things and do an internal and a biopsy, she was helped by Emma and Janet who were also very nice and chatted to me while the procedure was happening to take my mind off it, it was all done very quickly and no where near as bad as I was expecting.

Afterwards Stephanie explained everything to me and reassured me everything looked ok, she was going to write to my doctor and I’d get a copy and once the biopsy results came in she’d let me know but she didn’t think there was anything to worry about and it was a case of HRT imbalance and to just up my progesterone.

I couldn’t have been in the hospital 20 mins, I felt very at ease and the ladies were fantastic so thank you.

Hi Semalina

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this wonderful feedback for our team following your recent visit to Gynaecology outpatients at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team we appreciate that this can be such a worrying time for many ladies, it is lovely to hear that the team were able to put you at ease whilst providing you with the care and support you required.

Kind Regards

Tanya Wilson
