About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Integrated Rehabilitation Team

(as a service user),

I had a visit from an Occupational Therapist Chantel from the Coatbridge rehab team, as my health condition was really bad and I was struggling on my stairs and getting into my shower.

Chantel suggested I put my name down for a house. I did this and told Chantel then she got me discussed at a meeting then i got offered a house really fast. I have now moved in and i am so happy. There is no stairs and i have a walk in shower.

I cant thank Chantel enough.

Manage an integrated rehabilitation team in Coatbridge area. Team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and support staff including APR, OTA and HCSW.
