"Doctor going above and beyond "

I know the time pressures in GPs, and not only did they fit my children in the same day… despite the fact they were running behind (due to the clearly thorough care they were offering) they went above and beyond to check they were okay, ensure I was clear on options, liaise with the pharmacy, and even give my toddler a sticker. Not everybody is as committed to the work as that, and we were very grateful.
