I received a recall letter with an appointment the following week. Early April I attended Linenhall Street. On arrival I was feeling very nervous and close to tears. A very short time after entering the internal area the nurse made me feel much calmer. I moved around different area and regularly arrived at the internal waiting area. Everything moved very smoothly and there was very short time between each stage.

All the staff were excellent at their responsibilities, especially the nurse who was present during the biopsy. I know everyone is there with different symptoms but I really felt supported and cared for. I know I have up to 2 weeks to wait for results but I left the clinic feeling much calmer.
