"Great.. but only when you can actually see them"

I’ve never had this problem with Oaklands until the last year! They’re great when you can actually get an appointment but so far I had blood tests come back early February which I can see are abnormal on my nhs app, however can’t get a phone call about it until mid May??!!

This is ridiculous, makes me wonder how many seriously unwell people are getting missed because abnormal results aren’t being acted upon in good timing. Totally understand it’s due to rising need of the aging population and people who don’t look after themselves but people with abnormal results should be somewhat of a priority maybe?
