My LO was on Caravelle ward not too long ago. Called me late one evening and didn't disconnect the call. Could hear a nurse swear at my LO whilst tormenting them. When I called into the ward the manager refused to tell me who had been with my LO. Despite taking my LO from them. Received report of this incident to be told my LO was verbally aggressive despite me hearing everything from a mobile left in their bag. Shocking to think the manager approved that statement knowing full well it was untrue.
