After difficulties with a prescription which was supposed to be sent to Boots pharmacy after visiting the chemist twice and then back to surgery doctor hadn’t written it although he told me what meds it would be and when to take it. The receptionist at Tudor practice at 5pm on 2April was so efficient she was able to contact critical care who rang me and arranged prescription to be collected. I cannot thank this lady enough, but the doctor did not do his job at all well. Thank you very much for the wonderful nhs receptionist.
