I attended the NHS national treatment Centre at The Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy to have surgery on my hip. I cannot thank the staff, doctors and nurses enough for the attention I received, it was 2nd to none.
My surgeon, Mr Shenoy, was professional, courteous, kind and considerate. I would like to mention the following staff for their excellence in my care - Mr. Shenoy Nikki, Kelly, Connor, Ellie. Becky, Joanne, Olive, Lesley, Mandy, Ian, Stewart, Leo, Claire, Lyndsey, Aleish and Morgan.
This was life changing Surgery for me as I waited over 40 years to receive a new hip. The whole experience could not have been more positive and the people could not have cared or been any kinder if they tried.
I would recommend that if anyone has the opportunity to attend this facility, they should grab it with both hands regardless of how far they have to travel. Thank you all once again. You have no idea the difference you have made to my life.
