"injury from sign"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Whilst the hospital itself and staff are 5 star, i parked in car park one and on exiting on foot i walked into a metal sign that projects onto the pathway just at shoulder height, whilst my injury was not serious, it could have been. I had broken the collar bone previously! I ended up with a nasty graze, right where the car seal belt sits. This sign needs to be raised or removed, it had nothing on it and was blank anyway. This could have been so much worse.

Thank you so much for passing on this feedback and I am so sorry you injured yourself. I have passed your information onto staff and the sign is being removed.

Kind regards

Josh
