I recently underwent an Anterior Cervical Decompression and Fusion (ACDF) at The Walton Centre, under the care of Dr. Wilby, and I cannot praise the experience highly enough. From my very first appointment, I was treated with the utmost respect, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally.

Dr. Wilby was impeccable from start to finish, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensuring I felt confident in my treatment. Post-surgery, I was cared for on Caton Ward, where the entire team was outstanding—from the ward sister and nurses to the domestics, porters, and physiotherapists. Each and every person was not only highly professional but also down to earth, creating a reassuring and comfortable environment.

The staff at The Walton Centre are a credit to the NHS, and I am truly grateful for the care I received. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve had in a medical setting. Thank you to everyone involved in my care!
