"Gold standard care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 63, 64, 65, 66,& 67)

(as the patient),

I recently had colorectal surgery and spent time in the Surgical HDU in Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The care I received during this time from all staff was exemplary. The nurses in particular were outstanding, the depth of knowledge and patient centric care was gold standard.
