"Lack of access to appointments and rude reception…"

As a working full time parent in the NHS I have been struggling to get an appointment for my Daughter who is unwell. I have been told ring tomorrow l, ring at 8am, I have done all of that and still cannot get my Daughter seen! To be told go to the pharmacy use the pharmacy first service where we have already been declined! Why advertise on a recording that you can ring anytime during the day for appointments when this is clearly not the case!! You can’t book any appointments online can’t get through at 8am to get an appointment and during the day ‘sorry nothing available!’ This is not acceptable!
