"Excellent level of care"

I am so pleased with the ongoing care I've received over the last few years from my GP. I always felt and continue to feel listened to, had regular catch ups till my ongoing issue was resolved, and have received above and beyond care. The simplest things make such a difference; like remembering random facts about the rest of my life outside medical health and direct messages via their text link to reach out and check in on me especially if a catch up call has been missed. I always specifically see a particular GP (not sure if I can name her) because of this exceptional level of care, and feeling most comfortable keeping all my medical needs with one person. She understands me, my anxieties, and provides support to me where no other has before her. I am so grateful, thank you.
