"Nurses were sympathetic and helpful"

About: Gynaecology / Hysteroscopy Services

(as a service user),

My sister dropped me off at the hysteroscopy clinic in case I couldn’t drive home…..forgot my phone and purse 🤦‍♀️. Nurses were so sympathetic and helpful, couldn’t have asked  anymore from them. Wonderful, caring people.

Thank you for posting your feedback. I met you so I am very happy that you got home OK and that you found the team to be both sympathetic and helpful. We do promote person centred care and it sounds like you felt you were given this. It could happen to any one of one of us and we appreciate your nice comments.
