"That's what I call the best of the NHS"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Discharge lounge Royal Alexandra Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) Royal Alexandra Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Referred to the MAU in the RAH by my GP for assessment of possible lung cancer and blood clot. The assessments carried out were fast and efficient and the staff were great. Doctors, nurses and supporting auxiliaries were courteous and good at their jobs. The radiography staff in the CT scanning service were great too. The support by staff in the Discharge Lounge was also very efficient and good. I can't fault the NHS. The speed and efficiency of the services provided to me over the three days of my stay were top notch. That's what I call the best of the NHS.

Dear Dolly5

I hope you are feeling better.

It is always nice to receive positive feedback and I will ensure this is shared with the team in the discharge lounge.
