(as a service user),

I found the course informative, enlightening and enjoyable. The instructors courteous, helpful and they made it a pleasurable experience.

I am feeling more healthy, breathing is better and less mucus production.

I feel the course could have been longer and classes more intense, for my anyway.

I am carrying on with the breathing techniques and exercises at home and intend to join a gym,
