I had a problem over my medication late on Wednesday 2 April, just before 6pm. I managed to get through to the surgery and spoke to a very helpful young lady. The tablets I was suppose to receive were out of stock, she promised to look into it and would ring me back on Thursday. On Thursday she rang and had managed to get the tablets ordered at a different pharmacy and had sent the prescription through for me. As my original call was on the surgery closing time, I am so grateful for her prompt action and kindness. Thank you so very much. I am sorry that I did not catch her name.
