About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a relative),

Emma and all the staff that visited us were very professional and understanding to our situation and the frustration I had with regards to the lack of help and support from her social worker. At one point they were my main point of contact and communication between all the other teams that were involved in her case.

Always responding quickly to emails amd concerns.

There wasn't anything else that they could have done to improve the quality of the care and support I received from them.

They helped me to remember that there are kind people that genuinely care in health and social care sector. Thank you.

While I was having to fight and argue my case with her newly assigned socal worker who wasn't responding to my emails and serious concerns. I will be putting in a formal complaint to that team very soon. All of your team set a shiny example of how best to provide help and support to a family in crisis.
