"Nurse went above and beyond"

We had an assessment for our SEN child in primary one, the nurse was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly and put my son and ourselves as ease very quickly. She answered any questions myself or my husband had, and we felt extremely happy with her preparation for our assessment, I didn't have to explain the bits and pieces I normally would have as the nurse had prepared herself by looking at my son's notes and making herself familiar with us and him on first meeting, so thank you, she went above and beyond and made us happy.
