(as a relative),

My mum was transferred to Ward 230 following a period of hospitalisation abroad. She was only in with you for not even a week, and she has came on leaps and bounds! The staff we encountered were always very approachable and friendly. My mum was very pleased with the standard of care and everyone was very accommodating. The ward is clean and modern and appears to be well run from what we observed. Thank you for my making my mum's transfer back to the UK a positive one.
