(as a service user),

I had a coil insertion recently and honestly it couldn’t have gone any better. The two doctors were so patient and explained everything in detail. They made me feel incredibly comfortable and made the whole process way less distressing than it could have been! They also were proactive in offering anaesthetic as an option which I’ve heard from friends is not always the case. They talked me through every step and gave me all the time I needed to get myself back together after the procedure. What a credit to NHS Lanarkshire!!

If you were able to let me know what clinic you were in I will be able to pass on to the Dr or nurse personally
