I have no problems receiving a repeat prescription from my GP Practice. As soon as I send an email for a new prescription, it is actioned. However, it is almost impossible to secure an appointment. After more than 3 years being registered at Ambrose Ave, I still haven't been able to get an appointment to see my GP. I have now given up trying! I've managed to see a nurse a couple of times at Tollgate, but nothing more. I work full time, I begin work at 8am therefore cannot wait outside the surgery at 7.30am each morning to maybe get an appointment.
