"Outstanding Service "

Since joining this surgery after relocating to Chapel House it has been such a positive experience. Once I joined I received a lovely telephone call from the Pharmacy Technician who had observed that my medication’s were all dispensed at different times meaning several trips to the pharmacy. Within a day she kindly sorted it all out so that I could order all my meds at the same time. This will make my life much easier.

Only a week after joining I required an appointment due to a difficult experience I suffered which caused horrendous anxiety for myself. I telephone the surgery at 8.30am and was number 32 in the queue. I was not expecting to get an appointment, to my surprise I was given an appointment for the same day. I was really impressed with this level of service I received.

I was seen by a lovely lady doctor who sat with me and listened and showed great empathy towards my situation. The doctor explained fully about how I was feeling and explained I was just overwhelmed and anxious due to circumstances beyond my control.

I must have been in there for at least 30 minutes , at the end of my consultation she kindly asked if I was a hugger to which I certainly am and she gave me such a warm and comforting hug.

I came away and felt completely in awe of the service I received.
