"Patience and professionalism"

I attended my Local Hospital in Kirkcaldy (Victoria Hospital) for a scheduled Colonoscopy and feel compelled to let people know just how well I was treated and looked after throughout this experience.

All the staff were excellent and I mean all of them. Welcoming, friendly and very very good at their jobs.

This procedure is not the most pleasant process and for what the potential outcomes could be the staff made me feel comfortable, open to any questions, and just made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience.

I cannot thank all the staff enough for their patience and professionalism and making what was a worrying appointment for me it something that no matter what the results I had confidence that they would help me though anything.

All the staff within this hospital were excellent, hard working  and professional.
