(as a relative),

My mum’s health has recently took a dip following a flare up of trigeminal neuralgia. The staff at Auchinleck Health Centre have been extremely helpful, quick to appoint, provide expert care and advice.  We have required consultations at short notice to include emergency face to face appointments and telephone consultations.  The reception staff have been excellent triaging mum quickly and both GP and the practice ANP have acted quickly and provided excellent care and support.

It is heartening to hear that your mum received such excellent care from her GP Practice recently. This is a really lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.
