Claire from Urgent Care Team in East Kilbride visited my Mum after she was discharged from hospital.
Her professional and friendly manner is a real credit to Claire.
After doing various checks on Mum I felt reassured that it was just going to take time for Mum to feel well again.
Claire also arranged a follow up visit from the district nurses which was a comfort.
