"hard to make an appointment"

About: Wentworth Medical Practice.

it was hard to book an appointment for consultation by phone or online . I had to swift to another GP a month ago but I found all the information of prescription for my diabetes was gone in my nhs account. So I couldn't make any order now.

a) Patient Access - I apologise if you've had difficulty contacting the practice—our phone lines can be very busy during peak times. For a quicker response, we recommend calling during off-peak hours, typically mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Our online service KLINIK is available during opening hours and all requests are triaged on the same day.

b) Prescription Service - As you have now registered with a new surgery, we are unable to issue further prescriptions from our practice. Please contact your new GP for any medication needs.
