"Efficient and professional clinic"

I had my first appointment to suite 3 outpatients cardio respiratory clinic recently after a visit to A&E. I found the clinic very efficient and professional. 

I was called in early for weight, height and blood pressure and then only waited 10 minutes to see the consultant, Mr Harris, who was excellent. He was professional, humorous, very thorough and listened really well.

Altogether a very positive experience on my first appointment ever at the hospital.
