"Uncomfortable chairs"

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Arrived at 7am, checked in fine and was escorted to a room on Hollybank. Then sat on a very uncomfortable chair for 8 hours. I was told I would be last on the list. Someone has to be last, but my god, a comfortable chair would have been great. No one spoken to me during that time. Everything else was fantastic, the staff are fantastic, food very good, I love that hospital. But please put a comfortable chair in room 9.
