"looked after my care and dignity"

About: Whiteabbey Hospital / Endoscopy Services

(as a service user),

I attended endoscopy unit at Whiteabbey hospital I found every single member of staff very helpful and professional

I am sorry I can not remember all the names of the staff I encountered but each and everyone where lovely and caring from the domestic (phyliss) who showed me where to go to the kind receptionist who checked me in, the nurses who looked after  me before and after my colonscopy and Andrew who carried out the procedure where so kind and caring. They carried out the  procedure efficiently and looked after my care and dignity with compassion and care.

Many thanks

I am so glad to hear that you had such a positive experience during your visit to Whiteabbey Endoscopy.

Staff in the unit all try very hard to ensure patients are treated with dignity and respect at all times.

I will be sure to pass on your lovely comments to staff at our daily briefing.

Thanks again Pamela
