"Excellent care of my dad in hospital"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 7)

(as a relative),

My dad was admitted to University Hospital Wishaw and was transferred to ward 7. I would just like to thank all the staff in the ward for the amazing care they gave him.

I could see how busy the nurses and CSW's were, but they were always so approachable, friendly and nothing ever seemed a bother to them. I was kept up to date throughout my dads time in hospital and this was very reassuring. My dad is now home after a few weeks of being in hospital.

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Wishaw, Respiratory Medicine.

I am so pleased to hear that your dad had such excellent care from the nursing staff and CSWs while being admitted. It must have been a worrying time for you all, but I can imagine that the excellent care, friend and approachable staff, and that nothing was too much of a bother to them would have been very reassuring for you all.

I will ensure your kind words are passed on to the whole team who I am sure will get a real boost in hearing your lovely feedback.
