"The best care"

About: Ayrshire Central Hospital / Sexual Health

(as a service user),

I attended the gatehouse for a gynaecological issue and Anja the doctor was the most compassionate and empathetic doctor I have ever come across.

She really listens to what you have to say and responds in a professional but caring manner and I really felt as though I could trust her and that she would look after me.

I cannot thank her enough, she is an absolute angel and a credit to the service!

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share this lovely feedback about the Sexual Health Service within Ayrshire Central Hospital.

I am glad to hear that you received such compassionate and empathetic care during your appointment. It’s often the small things that can make such a difference, such as taking time to listen to concerns and provide advice to reassure patients and put them at ease, resulting in a positive experience for them.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to share your kind words with the clinic staff and with Dr (Anja) Guttinger in particular. I know they will be delighted to receive this feedback and it will be really encouraging for them to know that you felt so well supported.
