"Went above and beyond for me"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Cardiology (Heart Conditions)

(as the patient),

I visited Clinic D in early April for an electrocardiogram and was greeted after 10 minutes by a nurse, Tricia.

She went above and beyond for me, and her manner and care, as well as implementing another procedure for me after doing the first procedure, was outstanding.

Thank you, and I hope Tricia gets recognition for this as she could have just let me go home.
