"An amazing team"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I am almost 50 and this is my first colonoscopy. I was referred there because of long-term diarrhoea, family history of colon cancer, and blood found in my stool. I had the procedure at 10 a.m. and I admit I was very scared. I would like to say a huge well done and thank you so much making me feel calm, happy, looked after to fabulous Doctor. Raj ❤️ and all the amazing nurses team Lia, Jeanette, Jen, Tina so unbelievable fantastic ❤️ xxx. I'm suffering from anxiety for two years now and that was really worrying for me but the team which looked after me there is just simply the best and I which we have got people like this everywhere. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us following your visit to the Endoscopy suite at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team, we appreciate attending for a colonoscopy can be a very anxious time for our patients. I was therefore pleased to read how well our team were able to support and reassure you.

I have shared your lovely feedback with our Endoscopy Sister and have asked her to pass your kind words onto the staff involved.

Kinds regards

Carolann, Endoscopy Matron
