About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as a service user),

I recently attended an outpatient appointment MRI at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and just wanted to say thank you for such a super service. Everything was running completely to time, the department was very clean  and the staff were super. A particular thank you to Lauren in radiology/MRI who was really patient and understanding re my questions and helpful in allaying any worries; she was really professional, kind and a great communicator. Kirsty and the other staff members were also great.
