"Great practice"

I came for an appointment on 4th April. I was impressed by the smooth running service - from the organisation of the appointments for the ultrasound and the consultation (both appointments being on the same afternoon), to the communication between the professionals, including the prompt provision of the ultrasound report in preparation for the consultation.

I appreciated the explanation about the process ahead of the ultrasound and examinations and appreciated the consideration shown for my dignity and comfort.

I was provided with information throughout, I felt able to ask any questions and I was provided with the answers I needed.
