About: Wye Valley Surgery

I have on going health issues, after I eat I experience such immense pain that I am having trouble eating, I have lost so much weight, I feel physically drained, I have got to the point when I become anxious before eating as I know I will be in pain. I received a message on the NHS site stating my Doctor would be in touch with me regarding my referral, apparently the specialist had contacted my Doctor at the surgery to suggest an alternative to am endoscopy. I waited a week, no call from my Doctor. So I rang the surgery yesterday and booked a call with my Doctor today at 3.45pm because I work mornings. Surprise surprise the Doctor attempted to ring me at 1.34pm, this is logged on my mobile, I could not answer as I was still at work. The Doctor left a message for me to call her back. I did this, the receptionist told me the Doctor would ring again at the booked time, the receptionist continued that the Doctors will usually try to ring twice (I have never heard of this before) shock horror 3.45pm came and went. I rang the surgery at 5pm to say I had not received a call, low and behold the Doctor had left for the day. Apparently she had rang me but I did not answer. How odd is that, I receive a call from the Doctor at the incorrect time and then she tired to ring at the correct time and I didn't answer? Funny that I do not have a missed call from the surgery or a with held number. Why did the Doctor ring in the morning and nit at the given time? Why when I look at my phone do I not have a missed call? She left a voicemail in the morning, why not leave one in the afternoon? How very odd but hey it's Friday now and the Doctor has the weekend off, I still have stomach pain which becomes so intense it makes me feel sick. Apparently she is now going to ring me Monday, not sure how that's going to work as she doesn't work Monday, never mind it's only my health, I am sure the Doctor has my wellbeing as a priority
