I've consult the doctor for an ongoing health problem. I did appreciate her listening and concerned but please can a follow up appointment can be available. The problem still there I'm worried and I want some answers.

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Practice via NHS Rating and Reviews regarding your recent experience with us.

All feedback helps us understand what we are doing right and where we can make improvements, and your feedback allows us to do just that.

We are pleased to here the consultation you did have the clinician listened to you and are sorry to read that your symptoms are still present and this is causing you some concern.

In terms of accessing appointments to discuss this further, patients can request appointments with the practice through using either Anima, calling or in person. If you need urgent same day medical attention our GP's and Nurses have the capacity to see you and this is factored into our access planning. For routine appointment requests, these can be submitted with the practice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11am, until we reach our safe capacity, either via Anima, telephone or in person.
