On Saturday waiting for COVID injection the staff were very efficient and quick with the injection but there was a large number of people turned up at what appeared to be correct time but had to wait over 30 minutes. Good job not raining.

Dear Patient, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that your experience at our recent Covid clinic was not as it should have been. The practice experienced technical issues with our systems that were out of our control and which caused delays. The practice runs large flu clinics each autumn and has not experienced this issue previously with long waits and large queues. Please accept our apologies.
