"Quality service for 1 year old"

My son has recently turned one, and since starting nursery in the last few months, has picked up lots of viruses and had conjunctivitis repeatedly.

All the staff at West Farm surgery (the receptionists, nurses, doctors, etc) have been superb - they have been kind and compassionate and I have never been turned away. They have taken my concerns seriously and even seen my one year old at the end of the day within 15 minutes (really the doctors should have left but they stayed to treat my son).
