(as a parent/guardian),

We could not be more thankful to all the staff from the birthing centre, labour ward and neo natal. Also ward 119 , we were so well looked after and every member of staff was polite and kept us in the loop with everything about or baby.

Thank you all so much for such a calming experience when things got a little complex. Lovely experience at a difficult time in life.

The support and kindness you received from the birthing center, labour ward, neonatal team, and ward 119 truly seem to have made a difference for you, and it’s clear that the staff’s efforts to keep you informed and comfortable helped create a calming environment even when things became complex.

A positive and reassuring experience, especially during challenging times, can make such a profound impact on your journey, and I’m so glad that you felt supported every step of the way.
