"Best care and patient experience"

I recently attended for a procedure at University Hospital Wishaw Endoscopy department. From start to finish I could not fault their professionalism. I was made to feel at ease with what can be an embarrassing procedure. From the consultant, nurses and support staff it couldn't have gone any better and their care and how they made not only myself but other patients feel cared for and supported. Thank you so much and we so do appreciate our NHS staff!
