About: The Highlands Practice

Was forced to leave my previous awful practice when I was ill and needed help as out of area so moved to Highlands. Such a difference, their e-consult service was fantastic, the doctor listened and was extremely helpful, got my meds sorted seamlessly with the wonderful Fareham Community Pharmacy. The front desk staff were professional and friendly. Must have good management as a good service starts from the top down. There are too many bad practices where patient care is not the priority, this practice does not reflect this.
