I am writing on behalf of my dad who is a patient of yours.
I just want to say that you really should be ashamed of the level of customer service you offer at Royal Manor. Your patients have no other choice than to register with you as the only available practice on Portland. My dad has been with you many years and been treated with nothing but destain and disrespect from the start. Over the years there have been consistent issue and concerns reported by my dad (and have heard from other members of the family who have had communications with the surgery on his behalf) that you have no people skills or duty of care whatsoever. My dad has suffered with a serious skin condition for many years. Appointments have been made and then cancelled without him being informed. No understanding has been given to the fact that he cannot manage his booking online due to not being tech savvy. When he does get to see someone he’s given antihistamines, petroleum creams and any other pharmaceutical that will make you money. The creams have made things massively worse. No attempt was made to find out what was really causing the problem. The level of stress used by your surgery is immeasurable . The rudeness of the reception staff is appalling and the doctors aren’t much better. If he could move surgeries he would but he’s stuck with you due to where he lives. I want nothing in response from you, just for all the staff there to know how I feel
